Abstract
U ovom radu napravljena je kvalitativno-kvantitativna analiza ulova mreža stajačica sa šireg područja Parka prirode „Lastovsko otočje“. Uzorkovanje je provedeno u razdoblju od travnja do prosinca 2021. godine. Analiziran je ulov jednostrukih mreža stajačica veličine oka 34, 50, 55, 60, 70 i 80 mm te trostruke mreže stajačice veličine oka mahe 50 mm te popona 400 mm. Količinski gledano, najviše ulova ostvareno je trostrukom mrežom stajačicom te jednostrukom mrežom stajačicom veličine oka 50 mm. Rezultati su pokazali da su u ulovu brojčano najzastupljeniji jastog (Palinurus elephas) i škrpina (Scorpaena scrofa), što su inače i ciljane vrste na istraživanom području. Tijekom istraživanja zabilježeno je odbacivanje određenog dijela ulova. Razlozi odbacivanja su: neodgovarajuća vrsta, neodgovarajuća veličina, oštećenost jedinki, zakonski propisan lovostaj ili strogo zaštićena vrsta.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents results from a qualitative and quantitative analysis of gillnet and trammel net catches from the wider area of the Nature park “Lastovsko otočje“. Sampling has been carried out from April to December 2021. The complete catch of gillnets of mesh sizes 34, 50, 55, 60, 70 and 80 mm as well as of the trammel net, with inner mesh size 50 mm and outer mesh size 400 mm, was analysed. Majority of catches were obtained using the trammel net and 50 mm mesh size gillnet. Target species, common spiny lobster (Palinurus elephas) and red scorpionfish (Scorpaena scrofa), were the most abundant species in the catches. Discarding of one part of the catches has been observed during sampling. The main reasons for discarding were wrong species, wrong size, damaged specimens, prohibited season for catching certain species or highly protected species.
