Rezultati rasta i iskoristivosti hrane prikazani su kroz parametre: prirast mase (BWI) 110,62 ± 31,67%, specifična stopa rasta (SGR) 1,22 ± 0,25%, apsolutna stopa rasta (AGR) 9,70 ± 1,68 grama, apsolutna stopa ishrane (AFR) 20,54 ± 1,61 grama, specifična stopa ishrane (SFR) 2,51 ± 0,53% i efikasnost hranjenja (FE) 38,28 ± 9,34%. |
Abstract (english) | In this paper the main factors necessary for capturing and conditioning of common octopus
broodstock Octopus vulgaris were analyzed. Conditioning is based on catching of juveniles and
their cultivation in captivity. Second part of the research examines the possibility of O. vulgaris
repopulation. In the research two broodstocks of the common octopus were included, first one
was captured in 2019, and second one was captured in 2020. The collecting of a live samples
was done at the south side aquatory of the island Brač in cove Smrka, Lučice and cape Kobila.
The broodstockes were fed with small pelagic fish (Sardina pilchardus i Engraulis
encrasicolus), and through 60 days of research zootechnical parameters were continuously
monitored. The results of growth and diet were represented through parameters: body weight
increase (BWI) 110.62 ± 31.67%, specific growth rate (SGR) 1.22 ± 0.25%, absolute growth
rate (AGR) 9.70 ± 1.68 grams, absolute feeding rate (AFR) 20.54 ± 1.61 grams, specific feeding
rate (SFR) 2.51 ± 0.53% and feed efficiency (FE) 38.28 ± 9.34%. In June 2019 after successful
copulation, three females laid their eggs. For 10 days paralarvae were fed with zoa of crab
(Eriphia verrucosa), after wich they were released in front of Institute of Oceanography and
Fisheries in Split. Fecundity for three females was 302 612 ± 15.80. Six months after releasing,
23 octopuses were captured to verify the success of repopulation and DNA test. In the sampled
stock of 23 individuals, two were recognized (19F1_O_09 and 19F1_0_12) coming from the
couple of parents (19F06 i 19M10). |
